What is VA Home Loan?

There are two basic parts of VA Loan entitlement that you will need to know. First, is your basic eligibility for the VA mortgage, the other is how much of a VA Entitlement you are due.

If you are a first time home buyer you don't have to worry about entitlement if you have served enough time in the military. If you are buying your 2nd or 3rd home with a VA Home Loan you may have VA entitlement issues.
